BREAD MADE FROM FRESH GROUND WHEAT IS AMAZING! YOU WILL GET BOTH THE ELECTRIC AND HAND CRANK WHEAT GRINDERS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. THIS HAND CRANK UNIT IS MADE IN GERMANY AND HAS AN AMAZING REPUTATION FOR ITS QUALITY. I HAVE INCLUDED A MANUAL FOR THE VICTORIO GRAIN MILL AS IT WORKS THE SAME WAY. THE MAGIC MILL III PLUS IS USED AND IS IN AVERAGE CONDITION. THERE IS A SMALL FILTER THAT FITS IN THE SIDE AIR VENT/PORT THAT IS MISSING. YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE IT BUT IT DOES KEEP THE DUST DOWN SOME. YOU CAN PROBABLY CUT OUT A PIECE OF ANOTHER FILTER TO PLACE IN THE VENT HOLE. THESE HIGH SPEED ELECTRIC UNITS ARE VERY LOUD SO DON’T BE SURPRISED WHEN YOU POWER IT UP! I PREFER TO USE IT OUTSIDE WHEN POSSIBLE AS THEY DO CREATE SOME FLOUR DUST. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE. BOTH MILLS GRIND FROM COARSE TO FINE. I DO SEE SOME STRESS CRACKS IN THE PLASTIC NEAR THE METAL SCREWS THAT I POINT OUT IN THE PHOTOS. THE STRESS CRACKS IN THE PLASTIC DO NOT AFFECT THE USE OF THE MILL. THE HAND MILL IS NICE TO HAVE IF THE POWER EVER GOES OUT OR WHEN YOU JUST WANT TO DO A SMALL BATCH OF GRAINS FOR A SPECIFIC RECIPE. THE HAND CRANK UNIT DID NOT COME WITH A FUNNEL LIKE SOME OF THESE UNITS BECAUSE THIS UNIT HAS A LARGER CAPACITY HOPPER. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL HOLD ABOUT A CUP OF GRAINS. YOU CAN GRIND WHEAT, RICE AND OTHER SMALL GRAINS. I TOOK A CLOSE UP PHOTO OF THE SPEC PAGE ON THE ELECTRIC MILL OWNERS MANUAL FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS. THE MAGIC MILL III PLUS MANUAL IS A COPY, NOT THE ORIGINAL MANUAL. ONE PAGE HAS A LITTLE BIT OF THE WORDING THAT DID NOT COPY OFF COMPLETELY ON ONE SIDE.
