Finished one bag of beans, bought a new bag, used once, and machine has been sitting for a few months ever since. We’ve discovered 2 Things from having this machine: 1. We’re not make-it-yourself-at-home-espresso-people like we thought we’d be. I’ve personally discovered and/or developed an intolerance to fresh brewed espresso. So, for those reasons, there’s really no reason for us to keep this machine. We’re not using it at all AND it’s taking up valuable counter space. The machine really is good as new, but lovingly used for one bag. Lovingly is used loosely as it was a love/hate relationship trying to dial in the grind and brew and all that. I’m an impatient person and this just wasn’t the machine for me… Even if my stomach could tolerate fresh brewed espresso high levels of caffeine. This unit has a built-in bean grinder on the top. Bean grinder will be cleaned out as best as possible, but you may still see a small amount of bean dust and debris upon arrival. Water reservoir will also be drained, cleaned, and dried, but there may be a small amount of water in the machine that I can’t access, so don’t worry if you see any water.
