Tried it this morning, i put 10 cups of water, started using then i checked on the coffee w/o finishing the 10 cups then when i turned it in again to continue brewing its not working anymore. I tried to keep on trying over & over again but its still not brewing although the power is on. I overall love this coffee maker. I use it multiple times a day and it’s still going strong. Sometimes I get some grounds in the coffee but not everytime. It stays hot for a good amount of time. I can used ground coffee or ground my own. Love the water area on the side. It’s also super easy to clean. My favorite part is the resuable filter. I got this as a gift last christmas and it has been working great up until yesterday morning it would not grind or brew. I found a piece of plastic had broken off either the dispensing head on the lid of the machine or on the grinder basket. Been trying to find a replacement part with no luck until I read a review from a year ago that sounds the exact same. Would you be able to send up the proper replacement part? The 12cup pot is very durable and cleans well. It is also dripless so you’re not dripping water as you fill the reservoir or pouring a cup of coffee. I make a pot of coffee every day. Years pass, I would make and drink 2 pots a day. Add that to the numerous home gatherings which require coffee and I’d say this model gets a workout. If only there was a way to sharpen the grinder arms because that’s my only need for replacement! It makes great coffee when it works. The two previous ones just stopped working after about 18 months.
