This supermarket-quality, 750 watt grinder just needs a regular 120V/60Hz electrical connection yet this grinder is sufficiently robust enough to grind approximately nine and twelve pounds of meat product each minute. This grinder can start work as soon as its taken out of the carton, coming complete with two s/s grinder plates (coarse & medium) and an s/s chopper knife. The innovative design of the offset grinding head (patent pending) ensures efficient, consistent and rapid meat grinding, and if fibrous material stops up the grinder, theres a reverse gear to back your way out of snags. After processing, this Weston grinder easily comes apart for cleaning; theres an auger-grabbing tool included that will help disassemble the machine.
