This Machine has been lightly used and works perfect! It is USED and comes with everything that you see. It is MISSING the bean lid, which in no way affects its great brewing ability! It has light scratches on the the drain grate as you can see in the pics. Other than that, it works perfect and is a quality espresso machine. I will also include a PDF operating manual.
